When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within two (2) to three (3) workdays following the reception of your order. The orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be treated on the Monday.
The delivery delay will start ticking once you receive a confirmation email for your orders’ shipment.
Orders are not treated during the following days:
- Christmas Eve (December 24th);
- Christmas day (December 25th);
- New Years Eve (December 31st);
- New Years (January 1st);
- St-Jean-Baptiste day (June 24th);
- Labour day;
- Canadian Thanks Giving;
- Good Friday;
- Easter Monday
- Queens’ Day;
Summer season: please take note that between May and September every year, the orders containing airbrush tanning solutions will not be treated or shipped on Fridays.
NUDA reserves the right to change the above schedule at any given moment and without notice.
What delivery services do we offer?
We offer Purolator delivery services for all Canadian orders, and Purolator or DHL for orders coming from the US.
How much do we charge for shipping?
Expedition fees are based on different factors:
- The weight of the order;
- The volume of the order;
- The distance between the NUDA headquarters in Quebec and the sipping address;
- The type of address (residential or commercial)
- The type of shipping choice.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are treated and shipped within two (2) to three (3) workdays following our confirmation. Orders shipped in Canada are normally delivered within two (2) to five (5) Purolator workdays. Therefore, NUDA cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered within this delay. A tracking number will be indicated in your delivery confirmation email.
Orders are normally treated and shipped within two (2) to three (3) workdays following our confirmation. American orders are normally delivered within five (5) to fifteen (15) workdays for standard Purolator delivery, but delays may vary according to the shipment address. American orders are normally delivered within two (2) to three (3) workdays with the DHL rapid delivery, therefore, once again delays may vary according to the address. NUDA can never guarantee that an order will be delivered in this delay. Additional delays linked to the custom services may also apply. A tracking number will be indicated in your delivery confirmation email.
NUDA releases itself from all responsibility in regard to problems that may come up during the shipment delay or any lost or stolen orders if you requested they be delivered without a signature. The user that chooses to receive an unsigned order does so at his own risk.
Can you ship my order to a postal locker?
NUDA does not ship orders to postal lockers. The orders are only shipped and delivered to commercial or residential addresses.
Can I modify the delivery address?
If you’ve made an error while entering the delivery address or if you wish to modify it, please contact the NUDA team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
NUDA will be able to modify the delivery address if the order hasn’t been shipped. Once the order is sent off, the procedures to modify a delivery address will have to be dealt with directly with the transporter and the applicable fees will be charged to you directly.
