All returns must be pre-approved by NUDA. If you want to return products or a full order, you must contact us at email@example.com. A return address will then be provided as well as a return authorization form number. The products returned without a valid authorization number will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Sealed and unused products can be returned in the thirty (30) days following the purchase date. All the products returned must be in their original packaging. Products that have been altered, opened or damaged will not be accepted.
The products returned are subjected to 20% restoring charges plus the shipping fees applicable when returning a NUDA order. Restoring charges are requested to cover the costs incurred when creating an order. They include, mainly, the expenses NUDA sustained when treating the order, the packaging material and the shortage in stock.
When will I receive my refund?
All returns that have been correctly authorized will be reimbursed directly on your credit card. The refund must be done on the same credit card that was used to purchase the products being returned. Allow us a five (5) to seven (7) workday delay upon reception of the returned product(s) to proceed to the reimbursement.
What to do if there is an error in my order?
Please contact the NUDA team within forty-eight (48) hours following the reception of the order at firstname.lastname@example.org. NUDA will then communicate with you in order to modify your order and establish afferent terms. The conditions discussed here are applicable.
How may I signal the reception of damaged or defective merchandise?
If you receive an order composed of certain damaged products, you must contact us at email@example.com and link one or more pictures of the damaged products. This process is required for the same product to be reshipped your way. If one or many NUDA products are out of order or affected in any way, you must send back the product within thirty (30) days in order to receive an exchange, accordingly to the clauses presented in this policy. NUDA reserves the right to refuse reshipment of products if the damages were caused by neglect on your part. NUDA does not offer credits.
Damaged products associated with FUJI SPRAY manufactured machines or accessories will be declared damaged once returned to the manufacturer and once it has undergone inspection. The manufacturers’ guarantee will then be effective if applicable.
Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled before being shipped. A complete refund will be transmitted within twenty-for (24) workday hours. Once the order has been shipped, the transaction is considered complete. All returns are submitted to our return policy clauses.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be done once we’ve received the returned product(s).
Cancelling a training session
If you’ve reserved a training session in person, to take place either in your establishment or at one of NUDAs’ organized group sessions, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your cancelation request or date change at least twenty-four (24) hours before the due training. 50% of the training costs are non-refundable once it has been booked. If you wish to change the training date once it has been reserved, a 25% fee will be applied on the total cost of the session.
A declined order, especially due to an invalid shipping address is subjected to delivery and return to NUDA headquarter fees, as well as 20% restocking fees.
In order to guarantee the quality of our products, the following products are considered as final sales and may not be returned or refunded:
- 946 ml airbrush tanning solutions;
- The NUDA robe;
- The correction brush
- Products on sale;
- Printed products (large banners, brochures, flyers, etc.);
- Any opened, used or damaged products;
- Products sold in events or congress.
